We had a hard time getting data to create scenarios where content is easy for many companies to image benefits.
Proposed solutions
It was not possible to use your data under a confidentiality agreement. The scenario was struggling to get data as it was constrained by available data. In this case, we used the method of finding data from open source and analyzing it to identify the actual machine.

It was a project to build a data base using Hadoop to store a large amount of data flying from the battery of an electric car and connect it to data analysis. I was involved in planning and implementing PoC, and was in charge of construction and testing in a production environment.

It was often said that the customer's schedule could be seen just before the work began, and it was difficult to arrange highly skilled personnel.
Proposed solutions
We arranged personnel from both Japan and India, and at the time of the shift, we operated engineers in parallel so that we could carry over our know-how.

As most of the devices are coming with wifi enabled features, being controlled through IOT devices, the need to Condition Base maintenance has resulted in developing Prediction Maintenance system.

We were entrusted to develop a Predictive maintenance solutions to enable client make strategies for condition based maintenance for their devices.
Proposed solutions
We developed an AI based predictive maintenance solutions which can predict defect in a device 24 hrs before with more than 90% of accuracy. It was termed as a highly accurate predictive maintenance model created by combining a veteran Japanese project manager who has a wealth of business knowledge in manufacturing with AI, and an Indian data scientist specializing in machine learning.
